I got the report earlier and spent an hour or two performing the tasks in the first few chapters. It's very
easy to implement and I have noticed small changes in the speed so far, but I still need to go through the anti
virus and spyware chapter, and once I've performed those tasks I expect to notice a great difference.

I sent you an email about this since I am "lacking" in some of the technical skills etc. related to computers.
I think this is an awesome Ebook, especially considering how much it costs in "the real world' to get outside help,
like from the Geek Squad, to do this job for us.
I mean think about it folks, just a "run through" from the Best Buy techs will probably cost almost $100.
